We are several months from having a finished product. The
features described on this site are only conceptual. The final
product may not have all the functionality we are planning, and
the interface appearance may change as we get closer to an
actual launch. We hope CasePoint will be in beta by the end of
the second quarter and ready for release before the end of 2008.
CasePoint News
We will update this site as our product matures, detailing
features that make the cut--and describing some that don't. We also
welcome suggestions from other trial lawyers for functions and
capabilities for CasePoint. Remember, though, it's a trial
preparation solution, not a practice management program. We won't
include accounting or staff management and human relations.
(SharePoint offers much more than a development platform. You can
customize it yourself to perform basic contact, calendar and task
jobs.)
